There is no restrictions in height from the VIP IP hardware architecture perspective. The width has restriction on multiple of 16 bytes The software driver may have some settings for the min height from practical resolution perspective.

What's your resolution need? You can try playing with the MIN_H macro value to see if it works for your scenario.
