Linux/AM3359: SD card not detected sometimes

Hi All,

SD card is not detected sometimes. I play an audio file on sd card. Remove sd card and connect it back. Sometimes sd card does not get detected when connected back.

Some errors - ASC=0x3a ASCQ=0x0, Medium not found. sda: detected capacity change from 15931539456 to 0. I've attached complete log. Suggestions/Solutions please.sdcard_not_detected.log

Hi,

Which kernel is this? Which TISDK, also is this a custom board, or can we reproduce it on our evms (Starter Kit, GP EVM or BBB)?

How are you booting your board? I guess from internal media like nand or eMMC, not from the sd card, right?

Please share your bootlog (dmesg).

Hi,

Kernel - 4.4.45. Custom board. You may not be able to reproduce it on your EVM. Booting is not from SD card. I've attached dmesg log in first post.

Is this from a TI Processor SDK or some other kernel/filesystem?
