We will use CDCM6208V1 generate clock to 66AK2E05 platform.

Does TI have reference design or user-guide about how to do HSCL to LVDS ??

What is your need? The CDCM6208 can drive the clock inputs on the 66AK2E05 as shown in the EVM and discussed in the Hardware Design Guide.

If you want generic information, you can refer to the KeyStone Clocking Design Guide at http://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/sprabi4. The interface difference between standards in DC bias and differential swing (amplitude). Passive component networks con be implemented for most conversions.
