TMS320DM365: Codec license agreement

We are using the dm365/dm368 as part of a multimedia system.

The documentation mentions that the dm365 is bundled with royalty free production codecs. We want to clarify our position on H264 and MP4 production with respect to licensing.

Can you provide links to any documents defining the terms of relevant license agreement?

Hi Kevin,

When you install these codec software, there will be a licence agreement page(where you click I agree) which will give you all the detailed information required.

Hi Prashanth,

So the license agreement shown on install seems to be the standard TI TSPA.
It doesn't go into specific details regarding what can be done with data/content produced by using the codecs and whether or not there are any restrictions.
Are there any documents that state this sort of detail?
