Can AMIC110 support the Standard Ethernet(TCP/IP) on PRU-ICSS unit?
If yes, do you have any sample code for AMIC110 EVM?

The AM335x Processor SDK RTOS supports also the AMIC110 EVM. See software-dl.ti.com/.../index_FDS.html

Hi Kaka,

PROFINET on AMIC110 can well demonstrate the Standard Ethernet(TCP/IP) on PRU-ICSS unit as you request. The code is available at

FYI - the following figure from the white paper 'PROFINET® on TI’s Sitara™ processors" (www.ti.com/lit/pdf/SPRY252B) shows how non-realtime frames transfer through TCP/IP stack in PROFINET architecture.

I chose the AM437X family because it had development kits, but I'm regretful that the drivers are not mature enough.
Are the ethernet SW drivers for TI-RTOS for AMIC110 the same as for AM437x?

Hi Luis,

There are some SOC dependent files in the icss emac drivers for AMIC110 (AM335x) and AM437x, see pdk_am437x_1_0_6\packages\ti\drv\icss_emac\soc\. The design architecture of the drivers for AMIC110 and AM437x is the same.
