Hello,

Please let me know how to update NAND memory connected to AM3352 from Linux application.
My customers are considering the following step.
1.Booting AM3352 up from NAND flash memory.
2.Linux is booted up.
3.Linux application update NAND flash memory.
They want to know the method for 3.

Hi Nomo,

You can use mtdutils to flash binaries into NAND flash.
1. You can use system API in Linux Application and use mtdutils command and update. Commands to use, check http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Writing_Kernel_Image_to_NAND_Flash#Updating_a_kernel_from_a_linux_prompt
2. Or make the mtdutils as library and call the API that the binary flash_eraseall calls internally
