AM5728: IBIS model selection

Part Number: AM5728

When I am doing the Signal Integrity Simulation with the software Hyperlynx, the DDR3L chip is MT41K512M16, the CPU is AM5728. I am confuse at some certain steps, which is shows as the follow pictures marked with red lines.

There are so many models, which model should I select ?

Hi Hony,

I would recommend contacting the Hyperlynx software vendor to find out the cause of this issue. It's not clear if there is something wrong with the bsdl file or if the software is interpreting the design correctly. Question, are you using both chip selects of the DDR EMIF (i.e. CSn0 and CSn1)?
