I am working on the DSK5510. I have programmed the AIC23 codec to work for 8kHz.
The value written to the Sample rate generator register on the AIC23 chip was 0x000c (SR3 - 0, SR2 - 0, SR1 - 1, SR0 - 1, BOSR - 0).
I have used CCS, MATLAB, and Hypersignal tools to capture audio input to file the codec, and it looks like the actual sampling rate is 8.24 kHz.
Are the register settings correct or am I missing somehting?
