Part Number: AM5728
I want to design one board use the chip AM5728, I find the dd3 data signals are connected in the schematic of The ARM MPU AM572XX industrial EVM as follow:
whyit is connected like this: DDR_D0<--->DQ0 DDR_D1<-->DQ1 DDR2<-->DQ2 DDR3<-->DQ3,and so on? the signals DDR_D0,DDR_D1,DDR_D2,DDR_D3 in the above picture are the chip AM57XX data signals, and the the DQ0,DQ1,DQ2,DQ3 are the chip ddr3 data signals.if I connet these signals like this:DDR_D0<--->DQ0 DDR_D1<-->DQ1 DDR2<-->DQ2 DDR3<-->DQ3,did I need to modify the driver of ddr3 of the sdk or should I connect these signals as the evm schematic?
