Linux/TIDEP0019: Beaglebone Black cannot boot

Part Number: TIDEP0019

Tool/software: Linux

I am now trying to build according to the reference design. I have already got the image for the IEC61850 Server from TI and flash the image to sd card by using Win32DiskImager as in some of the tutorials. When I try to boot my Beaglebone Black Rev. C card up using the image flashed on the sd card, I can only get the following output:

U-Boot SPL 2011.09-00053-gb423c52 (Aug 10 2012 - 11:26:55)
Texas Instruments Revision detection unimplemented
No daughter card present
Did not find a recognized configuration, assuming General purpose EVM in Profile 0 with Daughter board

I have re-flashed the sd card so many times, it gave the same result. I have also tried to use the image provided in beagleboard.org/latest-images , the board boots sucessfully. Moreover, I have connected nothing except the mini usb port for powering up the board and serial ports for debugging. What should I do to make it boot up?
