C6472 Tracer Support

Hello,

 

Does the C6472 support Blackhawk tracer XDS560?

On the list of trace-enabled devices I see the C6486 (which is supposedly the same as the 72), but I don't see the 72 itself.

If it is, is there any document describing how to use the tracer with CCS4?

    Where did you find "the list of trace-enabled devices"?

    On the XDS560 Trace Emulator or XDS560TRACE Product Folder, the list of trace-enabled devices does not include the C6472, but it may be a bit out-of-date. It does state that "The XDS560 Trace is designed for use with trace-enabled DSP processors", and the C6472 datasheet says it supports Trace and that it has the extra EMUnn pins that are needed, EMU18:2.

    Have you looked through the TI Wiki Pages for possible support comments?
