Wakeup pins are useful to wake up the SoC from a RTC-only mode (entire SoC is OFF, only RTC is running) by an external event. When at least one wakeup pin is high, RTC will assert the ON_OFF signal to PMIC to begin the power-up sequence.
Take into account that that pins are muxed with other functions, so you can decide which function is most appropriate for that pin.
Pin muxing options can be seen in the device Data Manual, Ball characteristics table.
RTC (Real-Time clock) is described in the device Technical Reference Manual.
If you will not wish to use the wakeup pins neither for wakeup , nor for other function, you must pull them to GND.
