TDA3: CSI2 of electrical specifications

Hi,

I would like to confirm the meaning of V_IDMAXof electric specification of CSI2. This is described in the data manual as follows:

Does this value correspond to annotation (7), meaning the same value as VODMAX on the sending side?
Or, does it mean that the differential amplitude is 270 mV as the reception specification of CSI2?

In the latter case, the maximum value of CSI transmission specification is 270 mV as a standard. So, considering the reflection on the transmission line etc, we are worried that TDA3x can not connect with MIPI standard device.

It corresponds to transmitter voltage - the first case.
It looks there is a problem with the cross references in the table - I'll assign someone to fix it.

Dose this means that VIDMAX does not represent the specifications of the receiver on TDA3x?
If the above understanding is correct, please let me know the specification of differential amplitude of CSI of TDA3x.

No, it means that TDA3x receiver is compatible with 270mV VODmax transmitter.

Hi Dian,

You mean that even if the maximum voltage on the line can be exceeded by reflection, over and undershoot, it can be tolerated.

Is this understanding OK when designed according to PCB rules of TDA3x?
