We are designing the automotive system based on TDA2HVBRQABCRQ1 TI processor. We are using USB2 for USB interface.

I Have query that how will processor detect if USB is connected or not?

UART is just a port like any other peripherals ports.

It will be active if you enabled (via setting the appropriate registers) irrespective of whether you connect any device into UART or not.
