I have a question for OPKG command to customize Processor SDK Linux File System.
In the following wiki, there is description of "Content is no longer maintained and is being kept for reference only!".

Is there any recommended method to customize Processor SDK Linux File System?

Hello Nomo,

There is no prebuilt opkg package feeds to customize your file system. You must build and install the packages you need or create a complete Linux file system by using the OE build system.

Thank you for your reply but I have little bit confused.
I think the default file system in Processor SDK includes opkg (such as /usr/lib/opkg).
Cannot I use this command?
Should I build and install packages into own filesystem?

opkg needs package feeds which point to remote repository where you should already have all the packages prebuilt and preserved for your target, then you can download and install them, but TI does not provide package feeds since most of the cases the developers prefer to build their own application with a different variety of customizations they need to implement.
