Hello,

When using flash utility and boot from serial,

can we chose boot parameters where the uboot is not the last option in boot ,

I mean does it give "enough time" for the flash utility to function correctly (before moving to the next boot option) ?

Hi,

I don't understand your question. U-boot is a bootloader, it's not a boot option. Can you explain in more details what you want to achieve?

Hello Biser,

The question is not related to u-boot.
I mean MLO/x-loader boot (sys_boot[] table pins).
I mean, there is an option in table as following:
first boot UART3
second boot NAND
Can this method use together with flash utility (it means that the chip search UART3 is tried for a limited time before trying the NAND boot) ? or do we need to choose an option where UART3 is the last boot option (so that it tries that option over and over forever).

Yes, the ROM code will try UART boot first, and if unsuccessful will move on to NAND boot.
