TDA3: Internal OSC calibration for PG2.0

Hello 

Can you please tell me if all TDA3x PG 2.0 have the internal oscillator calibrated ? I am asking this because we have 2 samples (B1 and C0  -> both use PG 2.0) that use the DCC and we have good functionality only in the C0 sample. The B1 sample returns some interrupts when DCC is enabled. There is no difference from HW point of view regarding the SoC module.Also , the SW is the same.

    No, RC oscillator is not calibrated nor tune-able. We've added notes to the TDA3 TRM on several places:

    NOTE: The RCOSC_32K_CLK clock, provided by the On-die 32K RC OSC is not accurate 32KHz
    clock. The frequency may vary with temperature and silicon characteristics.

    This does not really match with the info I have.

    "TDA3x has a 32K internal RC oscillator.
    –The OSC is not accurate and has PVT dependency
    –The OSC can be brought to use if the OSC is calibrated
    –The calibration will be 2 step
    •ATE calibration: Fusing the value measured on ATE at one given temperature
    •Run time calibration: Temperature adjustment based on offline characteristic mapping stored in a table (< 1KB size)"

    Basically i am asking if TDA3x PG 2.0 have the efuse programmed.
