Hello, I need to know what the latest Revision of the 66AK2L06XCMSA IC SOC MULTICORE DSP+ARM 900BGA is? Is the part number I have identified correct and do the suppliers have the latest Revision? I was going to purchase through digikey and need to make sure they have stocked the most current revision device. thanks.

Or better, you can refer to the latest TI datasheet, section 3.4 Device Nomenclature.
As per the errata document, I see that there is a Silicon Revision 1.0.
