Hi,

May I know is there any recommended way to do the code flashing during production? Is there any tools like gang programmer? Or JTAG? Or I need to use UART to program it?

May I know how to access the internal DSP for this device? Any tutorial for that?

You're best option for factory programming would probably be DFU over USB. Please see this link for more information:
