CCS/TMS320C6713B: ISR overrun-base sample time is too fast

I am able to build the model I want without any errors but some warnings. I am able to successfully debug as well. After I load the .out file I see this error on the console below which says "ISR overrun - base sample time is too fast" How do I overcome this? I am seeing this error even when I just load the .out file. Attached is the screenshot of that. It would of great help if someone can help me with this. I am also not able to listen to listen to any audio when I give the input. I am working on C6713 DSK using CCS5.3 and Matlab 2016a. This is the case with two other models as well.

Hi Yordan!

Thank you for escalating the request to RTOS team. I have generated the model in Simulink and generated the code by selecting "None" in the operating system block in Simulink. I could generate the code only if used that option. NOw, what all do you mean by SDK? I am working on a windows 7 machine which has Matlab 2016a and Simulink coder 8.10 and CCSV5.3 Let me know if you need any other details.
