TCI6636K2H: countC does not increase automatically after switch from LTE slowpath to fastpath.

Hi, 

We are developing LTE stack on TCI6636K2H. Currently, we are using:

- MCSDK 3.1.4.7

- SYSLIB 3.0.9.0

- CGT 7.4.8

The problem LTE pathswitch slowpath to fastpath.

After switch to fastpath, we expected automatic increase of countC by SA (security accelerator), however it did't happen.

We created slowpath using Netfp_addChannel() then Netfp_switchChannelToFastPath() used for fastpath.

Previously, when we use MCSDK 3.1.2.5 + SYSLIB 3.0.7.0_eng, this problem did not happen. We observed this issue only after migration to SYSLIB 3.0.9.0. 

Our test scenario is as follows.

- Create UE context

- Create slow path

- Send 2 packets through the slowpath (countC: 0, 1)

- Switch to fastatph, with initial countC = 2

- Send 2 more packets through the fastpath (expected countC: 2, 3)    (observed countC: 1, 1)

Would someone help us on this issue?
