DSP Bios export controls

We are doing an informal export audit of software/firmware contained in our product. Does TI have any specific export conditions on its BIOS or anything else related to TI DSP software/firmware? Is it fully exportable?

TI licenses generally contain some terms that state that the customer should comply to US Export Control Compliance rules. Assuming the customer is doing this, then there shouldn't be any issues as DSP/BIOS is not in any of the catagories (encryption, military application, etc) that invoke tighter restrictions. The ECCN is 3D991.

just to be sure, is the answer the same for DSP/BIOS 5 and SYS/BIOS 6?

The ECCN is the same for both BIOS 5 and 6
