RTOS/TDA2EVM5777: About UserGuide_SD card

Part Number: TDA2EVM5777

Tool/software: TI-RTOS

Hi everyone:

I got the new TDA2x application board & vision board

I follow the UserGuide but I have some questions

1.  UserGuide said to prepare a bootable SD card .Dose it mean just format the SD card and then I can copy the file into card?

2.  Which MLO should I copy into SD card ? The Guide said MLO is under this path (vision_sdk\binaries\$(MAKEAPPNAME)\$(MAKECONFIG)\sbl\sd)

but under this path have many MLO file such as opp_od\tda2xx-evm\MLO 、 opp_high\tda2xx-evm\MLO ....

Thanks for help!!!

Best Regards,

Andy Dong

  • Hi Andy,

Steps to create bootable SD card are given in section 3.5 "Load using SD card" in VisionSDK_UserGuide_TDA2xx.pdf.
There are multiple operating points supported by TDA2xx device as given in data manual.
Depending upon the frequency at which you want to run different CPUs/peripherals, you can choose any OPP.
To begin with you should choose opp_nom i.e. Nominal Operating Point.
