Linux: Test USB 3.0 in kernel

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: 66AK2E05

Tool/software: Linux

Hi team,
I'm working on K2E EVM(66AK2E05). I want to test USB 3.0 in kernel.
Is that any way to convert USB 2.0 to 3.0.

I use USB 3.0 device(Mass Storage) but K2E always run into USB 2.0 speed.
