Can you please be more specific? What package do you mean by "AM437x Board Diagnostics"? Where did you see it?

We are looking for the board diagnostics that TI runs prior to shipping their boards to reduce the amount of returns. When I look at this site for the AM43xx board http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/AM43xx_Hardware_Diagnostics I see the binary's, but no link to the source. When I look at this site http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/AM335x_Starter_Kit_Diagnostics for the AM335x board, I see a link to the diagnostic software for these boards. I understand that the software for these boards are open source. Thank you Ed

Did you read the disclaimer on top of the AM437x wiki page?

I didn't ask for support, I asked for the source, I have 41 years of experience, I think I can figure things out!!!!!

No offence was meant by pointing you to the disclaimer. It simply means that this software is provided "as is", in binary format, and sources are not publicly available.

Yet this site processors.wiki.ti.com/.../AM335x_Starter_Kit_Diagnostics has the same disclaimer and a link to the source

The EVM diagnostics have now been integrated in our Processor SDK RTOS software offering . All board related software can be found in a component called platform development kit (PDK). If you download the latest version of the SDK the diagnostics are located under the folder path pdk_am335x_1_0_8\packages\ti\board\diag

Most diagnostics tests are designed to be loaded and run from SD boot. The documentation on how to build and run the diagnostics is provided here:

For AM437x specifically, you can invoke the build using :

cd pdk_am437x_1_0_8\packages\ti\board\diag

make evmAM437x

// For SD boot use "make evmAM437x_sd"

cd pdk_am437x_1_0_8\packages\ti\board\diag

make skAM437x

// For SD boot use "make skAM437x_sd"

Biser pointed me to this thread.
While he is right that for various reasons the diagnostics similar to AM335x is not available for AM437x in source, we do have alternate software base in processor sdk that should help with your end goal.
I am going to loop in another software colleague who will point you to these resources, and hopefully that should help.
