OMAP-L137 MV Linux 5.0 LSP with uclibc?

I'm working towards installing DSP Link and running the included sample application programs on an OMAP-L137.  I'm using Montavista Linux Pro 5.0  wiith the uclibc tool chain.  As I've been trying to understand the interactions of DSP Link with the LSP,  I noticed in the drivers data sheet:

the following text on page 4:

"Compiled with MontaVista Pro5.0 arm_v5t_le (for DA830 and OMAP-L137) and arm_v5t_le_uclibc (for DA830) tool chain"

Does this mean the included compiled drivers are not compatible with my installation where I will need to rebuild the drivers using the uclibc tool chain?
