We do not have any standard benchmarks as part of Proc SDK that I can share on this.
Most of our performance data for Linux systems is posted here.

Specifically for DSP/DDR throughout and things like simple memory to memory throughput using EDMA etc, for now you can look at the following application not from our automotive team

This device and AM57x has the same architecture lineage and the performance numbers listed in the application note should be a good proxy on what you can expect on AM57x family too.
