Linux/AM3352: SD card boot questions

Hi All,

we made a customized board with AM3352processor, 1GB DDR3 and 512 MB Nand flash. we are using am335x-evm-linux-rt-sdk-src-04.00.00.04.tar.xz and arago-base-tisdk-image-beagleboard.ubi. Created an sd-card with partitions,

boot - FAT
rootfs - ext4

And copied the MLO, u-boot.img files in boot directory of the sd-card.

1. How to make the uEnv.txt and where to copy the file ?

2. Where to copy the zImage and Dtb file in sd card?

Hello Avinash,

Copy the MLO, u-boot.img to boot - FAT, extract the am335x-evm-linux-rt-sdk-src-04.00.00.04.tar.xz to rootfs - ext4. Copy the zImage and Dtb file to rootfs - ext4 /boot directory.

Please, read this post. uEnv.txt is supported but uboot.env binary format is preferred since SDK 8.
