hello，

Can the CSL on TI's official website "PROCESSOR-SDK-RTOS-OMAPL137: RTOS Processor SDK for OMAP-L137 and C6747, C6745, C6743" be used for the bare metal development of the C6747.

Hi,

Yes, you should be able to develop a bare metal program on top of the CSL. See the description of csl here:
processors.wiki.ti.com/.../Processor_SDK_RTOS_CSL
It provides low level initialization of the modules and a bit of C abstraction layer for controlling the hardware. Form here you can develop your own code or use the other parts of the RTOS SDK.

But when I use the UART, I can not find a function that disable FIFO and enabling TX and RX, how should I implement it

Well, you can check the UART driver in:
~/ti/pdk_c667x_<version>/packages/ti/drv/uart

I also want to know the difference between V0 and V1 in below path.

Hi,

Those are different versions of the driver. You can use a diff tool (like meld) to compare both files.

do you have src_files_uart.mk file? If yes, then you can check it:

According to the above script, omapl137 should use V0 driver.
