Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMDSEMU560V2STM-U, TMDSEMU560V2STM-UE
Hi,
My customer has the problem that an error occurs when program loading to DDR3 connected to 66AK2H06 using TMDSEMU560V2STM-U(Blakhawk).
This problem is occurring on the customer's target board, they created two boards.
One board of them can load without trouble if TCLK is set to 10.368Mhz, but the problem occur if TCLK is 3 Mhz.
The other board has the opposite result, there is no problem if TCLK is 3 Mhz, but setting to 10.368Mhz causes problems.
I will show the error message when that problem occurred below :
Target device : 66AK2H06
CCS version : v7.3.0
Emulation package : 5.1.450.0
====
SEVERE: C66xx_0: Trouble Reading Memory Block at 0x80057f50 on Page 0 of Length 0x4: (Error -1060 @ 0x64) Device is not responding to the request.
Reset the device, and retry the operation. If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle the board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK). (Emulation package 5.1.450.0)
=====
In the case of using TMDSEMU560V2STM-UE(Spectrum Digital), the problem NOT occurred regardless of the setting of TCLK.
So, I think that it is a problem of TMDSEMU560V2STM-U(Blakhawk) itself or its driver software.
Does anyone know about similar problems or solutions?
Best regards,
H.U
