Hi,
I think there is a similar mistake in TMS320VC5507 and TMS30VC5509 and SM320VC5507 datasheets with this literature numbers SPRS244J, SPRS163H, SPRS613.
As it's shown in the image bellow 16 bits data read bus [BB] is connected to Instruction Buffer Unit.
This is obviously wrong.
I make the correction in the next image.
What other members think about this?

Thank you for bringing this mistake to our attention. I have confirmed your suspicion that this is a mistake.
The instruction buffer (IU) unit does receive program data from the program data bus PB (32), not from the Data Read Bus BB (16).
While reviewing, I caught another mistake in the block diagram. The Internal Memory Interface puts program data onto the Program Data Bus PB (32), not onto the Program Address Bus PAB (24).

I have filed LitBugs against these four lit numbers to have this block diagram fixed in the next version:
SPRS244J (TMS320VC5507), SPRS613 (SM320VC5507-EP), SPRS205K (TMS320VC5509A), SPRS163H (TMS320VC5509, out of production?)
