Hi All,
in our design we are using 32Khz external as SYS_32K clock and 26MHz for SYS_XTALIN
is there any register available in the processor which would store/detect these clock frequencies for production testing? we are trying to catch the wrong frequencies in manufacturing
we could use JTAG test to write/Read registers
Any advice would be highly appreciated
