If so, where is the sample code?

Hi,

For EMIF, we have DDR connected to EMIF interface on our EVM. There is diagnostics for the DDR memory, see processors.wiki.ti.com/.../Processor_SDK_RTOS_DIAG, test case mem_diagExample_<BOARD>_armv7.out/

For SATA, sorry we don't have any test code for this.
