DM355 IBIS model

Hi Miguel,

I am working on SI of the DM355 with mDDR using Hyperlinx7.5. DDR_DQ0-DDR_DQ15 is always shows as input (not as an IO) of DM355 but for mDDR it works as IO. IBIS model file is : sprm271a.ibis

Could you help me on this ?

it could be possible that the IBIS has an issue, we'll double check this with one of our experts and will let you know.

Sudarshan,

Please excuse the delay, it took a while for the expert to become available. Here's the recommendation:

"They should be using only NO_SR0_NO_TERM and SR0_NO_TERM (depending on what SR0 refers to). The other models for that buffer are input only, but those two are I/O."
