I have a question about unused XFI pins on 66AK2H12.

Is it okay to floating? (CLK, MDIO, REFRES and TRX data)

Hi Yeonkyu,

The XFI serdes signals and the REFRES can be left floating. The unused XFICLK should be terminated as detailed in the KeyStone II Hardware Design Guide. The MDIO is an LVCMOS IO and should be terminated if it is connected on the PCB. This is also discussed in the Hardware Design Guide.
