Hello,

I'm using a MessageQ from Sysbios on the IPU (alloc/put) in three Threads to send messages (one way) to Linux (get/free).

Using only one thread on the Sysbios side this seems to work.

Using multiple threads on Sysbios seems to clobber the content of the message (after a while).

Is is safe to write to a MessageQ from multiple Sysbios tasks?

Hi Lo2,

Yes, in general it should be safe to write to a messageQ from multiple SYS/BIOS tasks, please see

"The MessageQ module supports the structured sending and receiving of variable length messages. It is OS independent and works with any threading model. For each MessageQ you create, there is a single reader and may be multiple writers."

Is this the same issue as the one in this thread?
