Hi,
I am working on a project which make use of BCH4 for error correction. When I am testing the feature of BCH4 by injecting error to NAND flash(trying to introduce 1/2/3/4 errors in data by maintaing same ECC . ELM module should report error locations where bit flip has happened) .
But ELM modle is reporting uncorrectable errors ,even though number of errors introduced is less than 4bit. According to data sheet ELM reports uncorrectable error only when more than 4 bits has flippped.
Any help on this is appriciated
