The answer to this depends on what device you are using and what features you need out of HDMI. If you are using one of the typical Davinci parts (i.e. DM64xx, DM3xx) than there is no driver available from TI as there is no hardware to test it on, since a HDMI interface would require external hardware.
In the case of OMAP3 there is support for DVI which can take the form of a HDMI connector such as seen on the Beagle Board, this also uses external hardware in the form of a TFP410. The driver software for the OMAP3 can be found in the SDK that is included with the EVM, or through the various open source options through the Beagle Board site. Note however that this is not true HDMI, as there is no support for HDCP or digital audio over the interface, so if you needed these additional HDMI features than you would have to do additional driver and hardware work to implement it.
