My question is that DDR2 test not passed on DM365. The data 0xFFFFFFFF fill full in the DDR2 map address ox80000000 memory region ,these data is not changed.
I test the DDR2 with three clk frequcncy, they is 216MHZ, 162MHZ and 126MHZ. Test result is same. Data bus end resistor changed from 33 to 22Ohm, the qustion is not also resolved.
related signal CS,CKE ,DQS seemly is normal and ddr2PHY STATE is ready.
