Building dsplink with CCS project

I'm looking for a step by step guide how to use dspLink with CCS for the DSP side. The development will be done on windows XP (the DSP development) so all the needed tools must be for windows.

I would exept something simple like create a new CCS project, add to it OMAP3530_dsplink.tcf to support dspLink defintions for DSP/BIOS, in the build options add include and defines and libraries.
