My customer is looking for the method to reset ADC block only without POR. Could you please check and let me know if there is a method to reset ADC block only?
In ESD test, my customer found ADC block of AM335x would be hang caused by ESD and looking for the SW workaround to make ADC block to be worked again, and they successfully make ADC block to be worked from hang using below when ADCSTAT is idle, e.g. TSC_ADC_SS_Module Disable -> STEP setting -> Enable.
But they failed it when OCP and ADC are busy or STEP_ID is 1~16.
Is there any method to make ADC working when OCP and ADC are busy or STEP_ID is 1 ~ 16?
Their SW is WinCE and I know WinCE is not supported in this forum, but please provide a method in baremetal(non-OS) base.
They will modify by themselves if we can provide how ADC registers should be controlled to reset ADC block only.
