Hi Sasaki,

AM437x SD controller complies with v2.0 of the SD sepcification standard, thus it support up to SDHC (up to 32GB).

SDXC cards are supported (backward compatible) but can only be run at HSMMC speeds. Also there are restriction regarding the filesystem that can be used. refer to the below pointers for more info:
