if I search for "spraat2b" ti.com only returns links to TI E2E but no download.

where do I find AISgen for c6748?

There is a new revision for the Bootloader application note. Here is a link to the current revision (http://focus.ti.com/dsp/docs/litabsmultiplefilelist.tsp?sectionId=3&tabId=409&literatureNumber=spraat2c&docCategoryId=1&familyId=1622).

In the future, you can find new revisions/releases of collateral from the product home page. The application note that you are referencing is called "Using the TMS320C6748/C6746/C6742 Booloader".
