Linux/TDA2EG-17: TDA2E-17 IVAHD encoding 2560 * 1440 H.264 can not reach 30FPS.

Hi Expert:

We are designing TDA2E-17 based on VISION_SDK_2_12_0_2.

VIP ipnut 4 ways 1280*720@30FPS YUV stream. TDA2E-17 combine it to 2560*1440 @ 30FPS video.

Use IVAHD encoding those 2560@1440 the frame rate just reach ~27 FPS.

We find that DDR loading is very high. 

Please check whether it is IVAHD configure problem or TDA2E-17 performance limitied.
