Some queries from customer on NAND RBL
Please confirm the following is true. This is my
interpretation of the TI document, but it is only 95% clear to me and I need to
be certain.
1. The Boot ROM code is able to discern between ONFI
and non-ONFI NAND devices.
2. For non-ONFI devices, the Boot ROM looks at the
first two pages of a block for bad block marks.
3. For ONFI devices, the Boot ROM looks at the first
and last pages of a block for bad block marks.
