TMS320C6746: BSDL File for Rev B (2.1), Rev E (2.3)

I'm using JTAG ProVision to implement boundary scan test on our products that have TMS320C6746 Rev B (2.1), Rev E (2.3) in design. Problem is ProVision says that device has unmatched pins. 

I try to analyze bsdl files and found that these pins don't have bscells describing. How can i get correct BSDL files for these revisions?
