TMDSCSK388: OSD related issue

Hello,


       We have purchased TMDSCSK388 kit. I am running IPNC RDK 3.9.1 in the kit. I am able to get CVBS video, HDMI video and streaming on webGUI. I am facing following issue in it:

1. I am providing audio to the line in and, checking audio in the VLC player. Audio is getting but noise is present. How to decrease that noise?

2. I am getting OSD details on the encoded data. I am able to get Date, Time, Logo, Detailed Info, Text. While testing this, I am able to move Logo on Top left and Top right using the webGUI. Is there any another way to give OSD data at any pixel while running the application?

3. While running the apllication, After some time my all display freezes. But my application is running. How to solve this issue?

    Hi,

    1. Audio issue could be due to the connectors/jack. Please check your connector is fitting correctly into the audio slot. Try with 2.5mms TS.
    2. Please look into the OSD API's for any changes.
    3. When did you observe this issue? Immediately after starting or after long run such as a day or so?
    Please share the complete logs (including boot logs & freeze logs).
