CCS/66AK2L06: DFE GPIO pins not configured

Part Number: 66AK2L06

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

I try to configure DFE_GPIO pins as GPIO

1. set pinmux register

volatile uint32_t *chipPinContrl_2=(volatile uint32_t *)0x02620698; KICK0 = KICK0_UNLOCK; KICK1 = KICK1_UNLOCK; uint32_t value = *chipPinContrl_2; //CHIP_PIN_CONTROL_0; printf ("Before setup, PIN_CONTROL_2 register is 0x%x\n", *chipPinContrl_2); *chipPinContrl_2 = value | 0xFFFFFFFF; printf ("After setup, PIN_CONTROL_2 register is 0x%x\n", *chipPinContrl_2);

2. Init GPIO

#define GPIO_CLOCK_PIN 48
CSL_GpioHandle ghGpio = NULL;

ghGpio = CSL_GPIO_open(0);
CSL_GPIO_setPinDirOutput (ghGpio, GPIO_CLOCK_PIN);

CSL_GPIO_setPinDirInput (ghGpio, GPIO_CLOCK_PIN);
CSL_GPIO_setRisingEdgeDetect(ghGpio, GPIO_CLOCK_PIN);
CSL_GPIO_setFallingEdgeDetect(ghGpio, GPIO_CLOCK_PIN);
CSL_GPIO_bankInterruptEnable(ghGpio, 1);

printf("0x%x\n", ghGpio->BANK_REGISTERS[1].DIR);

I see, GPIO DIR register always in input state.

clock and power DFE domains is "on" state

EMIF_GPIO pins configured normal, DFE_GPIO not work
