Hi all,

My customer have some questions about C6657 SPI interrupt listed below:

1. why write to SPIDAT0 3 times can get a receive overflow interrupt.

2. what's the reason of the delay after write SPIDAT0 3 times.

3. what's the different between receive overflow interrupt and receive full interrupt? And how to trigger a receive full interrupt ?

Hi Wesley,

A receiver overrun interrupt occurs when a receive operation completes before the previous character has been read from the receive buffer, indicating that the previous character has been overwritten and therefore lost.

A receiver full interrupt occurs when a word is received and copied into SPIBUF.
