L138 CLKPLL Dithering

Hi

Can anybody help me understand if the L138 PLL can support frequency dithering.

I.e. If it operates at 300MHz, can it be dithered +/-500kHZ to reduce peak noise for EMI?

Can individual PLLDIV achieve this also?
